Database Configuration in Swil Admin
The first step to start working in the admin portal is database configuration. Users must update their server & database setting in Admin portal for data transferring. Database configuration is a critical process that enables data to be transferred between Swil Admin and your server. Users can access the admin portal easily from any location.
Start with login in Admin portal to initiate the process
Login in Swil Admin with your login credentials. To know how to get login credentials, checkout the reference link.
How to Update Database Setting
- A new window of home screen "Admin Panel" will appear.
- Click on the Settings> Database Settings.

- Enter your Server Name in the column.
- Specify the Database Name you want to connect to.
- Provide your User Name and Password in the respective fields.
- Use the Domain Name column to enter a Dynamic IP address for database configuration if necessary.
- Click "Update Connection" to complete the configuration process successfully.

Note: After completing the above process, the server connection will be established successfully. Users can now access SwilERP, SwilPOS, SwilSORT, and SwilDISPATCH.
How to Download Desktop & Mobile Applications
- Go to the Swil Admin dashboard window.
- You will see Apps section at screen bottom.
- Desktop software can be downloaded from the provided download icon by users.
- Access the Applications through the displayed redirection icons for SwilSORT, SwilERP Web, SwilPOS, and SwilDISPATCH.
