How SWIL Mobile Applications Work with RetailGraph/SwilERP


As RetailGraph's or SwilERP existing user, you can integrate mobile applications with your software for seamless operations. In this article, we will guide you through simple steps to integrate SwilPOS and SwilSORT mobile applications with your existing RetailGraph/SwilERP software.

Follow the following steps to integrate mobile applications with RetailGraph/SwilERP

Step:1 Use Latest RetailGraph/SwilERP Version

Ensure you installed RetailGraph/SwilERP latest version, i.e. 3.2.14.08 or above in your system for smooth mobile application integration.

Note: Users can contact their local service provider or make a ticket on Swil.support.desk to update the latest software version.

Step:2 Mandatory Windows 10 & SQL Server 2016 or above

  1. To integrate mobile applications with RetailGraph/SwilERP software, ensure your SQL version is SQL Server 2016 or Above.
  2. SQL compatibility level should be "SQL Server 2016 (130) or Above". As you can see the below given reference image.
  3. It is essential to use Windows 10-compatible SQL version.

Step:3 Connect Port to the SQL Database

  • First, you must connect the SQL server with the port, i.e. TCP Port 1433 or 1434 in your system.
  • For this process, you have to contact your Internet Provider.

    Step:4 Now Get Login ID for Admin Panel

    To obtain the Login ID for the admin panel, the Registered email ID in the CRM portal must be updated in at least one user account within RetailGraph/SwilERP. This updated Email ID will then serve as the "Login ID" for the "Admin Panel".

    Step:5 Give Applications Access to Users

    1. First, login in Admin Panel.
    1. A new window of "Sign In" will appear.
    2. Enter the Registered Email ID & the Password same as that you use for login into RetailGraph/SwilERP.

    1. Go to the Apps Section.
    2. Here you can give Application Rights to the user.
    3. Branches are displayed on the left side of the screen.

    4. Select the branch & tick mark on the Check Box for which application you want to give access.
