How to Automate Emails in SwilERP Enterprise Software
What is email automation?
Email automation is a way to create emails that reach the right people with the right message at the right moment without doing the work every time. With email automation, you can create a series of automated emails to help grow your relationships with your customers—and your business. Users can share automate emails of Massages, Wishes, Transactions, Reports, User define form with the Schedule Email/SMS options in the Tools section.
Start with Login in SwilERP Dashboard to initiate the process
First, you have to update your Gmail setting in SwilERP to send the Emails through the software. For this, go through the below-given reference link and update your Gmail setting in SwilERP.
- Go to Menu> Tools Section> Schedule SMS/Email option.

- A new window of Schedule SMS/Email will appear in the next slide.
- First Select the Schedule For from the drop-down list:
- Anniversary
- Birthday
- Report
- Transactions
- User Define From
- Select Email option from the Schedule column.
- Now, Select the file from the Transaction/ Reports column. (For example, to share automated email, you selected sales and stock statement reports)
- Select the Receiver option-
- "All" this option is enabled for all contacts.
- "Selected" this option is for the selective contact, when you select this option contact list were automatically enabled to select the contact. You can choose the contacts to send an Email.
- Whenever you select the option of "To Given mail Id/ Mobile Number" then, the below-given dialog box is enabled to enter an Email ID and Contact Number.
- From these three options, you can choose any option at your convenience.
- BCC option are also available if you want to add it.
- Enter the Email Subject and Content in the dialog box.
- Tick-Mark on the Send As Attachment option.
- Select a file format from the Attachment Type:
- Excel
- PDF
- HTML
- RTF
- TXT
- XML
- Now, the select the important part of Schedule option:
- If the user want to select "One Time" then, select start Date 'From' to 'To' and time.
- If users want to share report on a daily basis then Select the Daily option. Enter Days Count in recur every days column.
- Select Weekly option to share a report per week. Tick-mark on the Week days, on which day you want to share the report.
- To schedule Monthly email, choose Month and Day, to send the report on that day.
- After selecting all the details Save the page with the given option.
