How to allow to modify Printed Invoices
In this Article, We have explained you "How to allow to modify Printed Invoices" in Unisolve.
If you locked already printed invoice modification through "Lock Printed Sales Invoice" option which available in System-> System Maintenance-> System Parameters-> Standard Tab, then software not allow to modify Printed Invoices to any user. Screen as per below:
If you want to give rights to modify printed invoices also User wise, then please give rights to User. For giving User wise Rights for allow to modify already printed Sales Invoices. Please enable "Allow to Modify Printed Invoice " option in Administrator-> User List menu. Please select & modify User which you want to give modification rights of already printed Sales Invoice. Screen as per below:
After that please check your issue already solved it or not, if not then please make a reply again on your Ticket with your Anydesk ID No. & after connect our SWIL Executive you can also start chat on Anydesk.
