How to Download & Generate TCS Reports (Sales & Purchase)

Tax collected at source (TCS) is the tax payable by a seller which he collects from the buyer at the time of sale. Section 206C of the Income-tax act governs the goods on which the seller has to collect tax from the purchasers.

In this article, we have explained to you How to download & Generate TCS Reports through Unisolve Software. 

Firstly, please download TCS Report files through ftp.bhiwal.com in your Local Drive Folder. Please make a new folder in your Computers Local Drive with the name of “TCS Collection Reports”. Link as per below:

If you want to download TCS Paid Report as per your Purchase Invoices, then please select the below link & create a new folder in your Computers Local Drive with the name of “TCS Paid Reports”. Link as per:

ftp://ftp.bhiwal.com/_GST_UNISOLVE_CROSS/TCS%20Report/TCS%20Paid%20Report%20-%20Purchase/

After that, Please import this report into your Unisolve Software. For Import this report, please select the “Import Report” option through the Utility-> Report Designer menu & select the path & folder in which you downloaded the report files through ftp.bhiwal.com. Please enter your Registration Number in the Client Code caption. Screen as per below:

After importing the reports, please log off your software & login again, then select “TCS Report (Sales)” through the Utility->Report Designer-> Report List menu. Please mention the date range as per. Screen as per below:
