How to enable Rate option at the time of Sales Invoice
In this Article, We have explained you "How to enable Sales Rate " at the time of making Sales Invoice in Unisolve.
When we do billing, some we need to give User wise Rates to edit Sales Rate or not at the time of making Sales Invoice.
Today we learn about how to give rights to user regarding edit the Sales Rate at the time of making Sales Invoice. For this please enable "Allow Users to Edit in Sales Invoice (Billing Rate)" option through System-> System Maintenance-> System Parameters menu.
After enable this you can able to edit Sales Rate in Sales Invoice for all Users. Screen as per below:
If you want to control edit Sales Rate option User wise, then please give rights User wise. For giving User wise Rights for edit Sales Rate in Sales Invoice. Please enable "Edit Price in Sales Invoice" option in Administrator-> User List menu. Please select & modify User which you want to give edit rights for edit Sales Rate at the time of making Sales Invoice. Screen as per below:
