How to Issue Location Transfer work in SwilERP

To manage the business it is important to maintain the stock and SwilERP provides you with the best solution for Inventory Management. In the same way, issue location transfer is important for transferring inventory. 

In SwilERP A Issue Location Transfer is an option for transferring your stock from one location to another location. With this option, users can transfer their stock to created locations as Saleable, Non-Saleable, Hold Stock, and other locations. 

For example "If the user wants to transfer their stock from Godown to Shop so then they can do this from the option of issue location transfer" in the Adjustments section.  

To Transfer, your stock do follow these instructions  

  1. From the SwilERP Dashboard:

    1. Go to the Adjustments> Issue Location Transfer.

How to transfer stock to another branch

  1. In Issue Location Transfer details:
    1. Select the Location from the default list or you can create it manually.
    2. Select Product Name from the list.
    3. Then add the Transfer Quantity of the product.
    4. Save the page with the above-given option or press "Alt+S".

    How to Receive Transfer location?

    1. To receive issue location transfer:
      1. If users created a location manually then they have to Receive a Location Transfer.
      2. Go to Adjustment> Receive Location Transfer.
      3. Tap on the View option.
      4. Then you will see the details of the stock Click on that and Save the window.
