In this article, we have explained you a new option “How to save Mobile No. of every Cash Customer” in Cross.
This option is very useful especially for Retailers which using our Cross software. Through this option you can save Mobile No.’s of our every Customer & next time when you type mobile no. then software auto pick your Customer name with Mobile No. To implement this, you can also send SMS (Text Messages) to your all Cash Customers also.
To implement this in Cross, please install our latest patch & follow these steps:
Step I: (For Cross Users)
Please True/Enable “Patient Select by Mobile No. In Inv.” option through System Parameters. (System-> System Maintenance-> Sales (Retail). Screen as per below:
Step II:
After that when you make Sales Invoice, then by default cursor go firstly on Mobile No. tab, you can enter your Customer’s Mobile no. in this filed then enter Customer’s Name in Patient Name & make Sales Invoice as per. In this scenario software auto saved your Patient Name with Mobile no. in Patient Master. Next time when this particular patient comes up & when you enter Mobile no. then software auto picks Patient Name as per last saved. Screen as per below:
Step III:
“Patient Master” is available in System-> Master Data -> Doctor/Patient List menu You can also make Patient Name through this & also entered all details of your Patient (Like: Reg. No., Address, Discount, Cash/Credit, Birth Date, Anniversary Date etc.). Screen as per below:
After implement this you can also send SMS (Text Messages) to your Cash Customers against Sales Invoice.
