How to schedule reminder for patients/customer in SwilERP

SwilERP featured an option of schedule a reminder for their patients. With this option, users can easily share reminders, birthday or anniversary wishes, and also share a report directly from this option through E-Mail and other given option. 

A Reminder List is an option for users to schedule reminders for Birthday, Anniversary, Message, Report, Transaction, User Define Form, or Integration. The user can share an Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and Reminder to their patients.

Follow these steps to schedule a reminder  
  1. Open the SwilERP dashboard in System Section: 

    1. Go to Master Data> Reminder List (Patients).

To set a reminder for patient 

  1. To set a schedule, in the Reminder List (Patient) window:
    1. There is an option to schedule for Birthday, Anniversary, Message, Report, Transaction, User Define Form, or Integration.
    2. Then, select Email, SMS, and Reminder type for sharing.  
    3. Then select the Receiver option- 
      1. "All" this option is enabled for all patients. 
      2. "Selected" this option is for the selective patient, when you select this option contact list were automatically enabled to select patients.
      3. Whenever you select the option of  "To Given mail Id/ Mobile Number" then, the below-given dialog box is enabled to enter an Email Id and Contact Number. 
  1. After selecting the "Selected" option contact list is automatically enabled: 
    1. Click on the Contact List and select Patient name.

    1. Update Mail Id or Mobile number in a dialog box.

Reminders for birthday, anniversary, message, and transactions. 

  1. To set a reminder for the Birthday, Anniversary, give a message, or Transaction:
    1. Select Schedule for and Schedule Type in which you want to set a reminder. 
    2. Update the Subject. 
    3. Enter the content of birthday wishes or others in the dialog box.   
    4. Save the page.

Note: These are the same steps for every schedule type Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and Reminder.

Reminder to share Reports 

  1. To set a reminder for Report and Integration:
    1. Select Schedule for and Schedule Type in which you want to set your reminder. 
    2. Now, select Transaction/ Report. 
    3. Enter the Subject. 
    4. Select Attachment Type in which file you want to share the report. 
    5. Then, select the Schedule option-
      1.  If the user select "One Time" then, select Date 'From' to 'To' and Start date or time. 
      2. If users want to share report on a daily basis then Select the Daily option.
      3. Select Weekly or Monthly option to share a report per week and per month. 
    1. The final step is, Save the page.

Note: The process of Report and Integration reminder is the same as the above-given information. 

How To Do E-Mail And Password Settings

Give rights to the user, to send a reminder mail 

  1. From the user list, you have to apply the rights from schedule section: 
    1. Go to the User List and first select the user. 
    2. Click on the Edit option after selecting the user.
    3. Go to the Additional details section.
    4. Tick mark on the options of schedule and give rights to the user, to send a reminder mail. 
    5. And, Save the page.
