How to Check Sale & Purchase History


In this Article, We have explained you "How to Handle & check Sales & Purchase History" at the time of making Sales/Purchase Invoice in Unisolve/Cross.

When we do billing, we need to know the history of the last transaction of the customer and supplier, if we want, we can see the history, but whether we want to give the rights to see the history to our other users or not, it is up to us.

Today we learn about how to give right to user regarding see Sales and Purchase history. In Unisolve we can see two type of history. First Show last Three Sales and Purchase history at the time of select product in Sales/Purchase Invoice

Second F6 and F12 in invoice by this option we can see all last year sales and purchase history.

Step I: - First of all we will enable last three sales & purchase history option from System Parameter (Open by USSC password).

Step II: - Now Go to Standard Tab and True option as per under screen. 

Display Last 3 Sale\Purchase – By this option show same Customer\Supplier Sales\Purchase of product.

Any Supplier\Customer - This option show last three purchase\sales from any supplier\customer of product.

Step III: - Now we can also define which user to see last 3 Sale\Purchase History at the time of making Sales/Purchase InvoiceFor this please gto Administrator –> User List menu. Please select & modify any user which you want to enable > Modify User.

Show Purchase History - By this option we can see purchase history of last year’s by F12 in Sales Invoice.
