How to Integrate Swil Unify with SwilERP
Swil Unify is a platform that facilitates secure and easy sharing of transactions between businesses. It allows you to upload your transactions and easily share and receive them. Swil Unify retrieves transaction details based on GSTN, Pan No, and Email IDs.
Here are the transactions that you can share and receive with Swil Unify.
Receive Transaction - Purchase Invoice, Sales Order, Purchase Challan and Sales Return.
Send Transaction - Sales Invoice, Purchase Order, Sales Challan and Purchase Return.
Share Reports - Share reports with your Medical Representative (MR) or Sales Representative (Sales Rep.) automatically.
For example, Shyam Enterprise uploads data to Swil Unify, and another SWIL user can directly download the data from Swil Unify by signing up there.
Step 1: Register on Swil Unify
To start using Swil Unify, you need to register on the portal.
- Access the Swil Unify login here.
- You will find the login screen for Swil Unify here. There are two types of sign-up options: one for company sign-up and the other for individual users.

Steps for Signing Up a Company
Click on the "company sign up" option, as there are 5 steps to finalize the sign-up process.
1. Personal information -
- Enter your first and last name in separate columns.
- Mention your email address and mobile number.
- Create your sign-in password here.

- Enter your company name, role and address in columns.
- Update your GSTN and Pan number in the column.
- Mention your business details in respective columns.

- Here, you need to upload the GST certificate and Pan card.

- If you have your drug license number, food registration number, restaurant license number, and company phone number, please enter them in the respective column.

Update Company Details in Branch Master
After signing up on the Swil Unify portal, you need to update certain details in the Branch Master within SwilERP.
- Go to the SwilERP and open Branch master window.
- In the Branch Details section, please update your Email ID and GSTIN in the respective columns.
- Now, in the Additional Details section, enter your PAN number in the License 5 column.

Branch Master Window Steps for signing up individual users
This individual signup process is designed for MR users. Once the company shares the Report, MR users can conveniently access and download the data using their login credentials.
Click on the individual user for signing up:
- Enter your first and last name in separate columns.
- Mention your email address and mobile number.
- Create your sign-in password here.
- Proceed to the next step, verify with the verification code, and finalize the sign-up process.

You can now log in to Swil Unify using your registered email address and password.
On the Swil Unify MR User screen, you'll find all reports uploaded by your company.
Step 2: How to Integrate SwilERP with Swil Unify
After signing up for Swil Unify, you need to register the Header (API) key in the SwilERP software.
- First, login in Swil Unify.
- Click on the Setting option to find your API key.
- Copy this key and proceed to the SwilERP software.

- Go to the Options> Swil Unify> Registration.

SwilERP Dashboard Window - Here you need to enter the Header (API) key that you copied from Swil Unify.
- You can directly open the Swil Unify Login window with the given option.
- You can also create schedules directly from here to share the transactions, such as sales invoices, purchase orders, purchase returns and sales challans.
- You can use the "view details" option to see the details of the company.
- Press Ok to continue.

Swil Unify Window Step 3: Manually Create Schedule for Transaction Sharing
In order to share transaction or report data with Swil Unify, you need to create schedules in SwilERP.
- Go to the Tools menu> Schedule SMS/Email.
- Select "Schedule For" as Transaction or Report.
- Select "Schedule" as Upload in Swil Unify.
- Now, choose the Transaction or Report that you want to upload to Swil Unify.
- Click on the Save button.

Step 4: Create Schedule for Sales Rep./MR User
With this feature, you are required to set up 2 schedules for MR users within your company's login. The first one is the "Email" schedule, and the second one is the "Upload in Swil Unify" schedule.
1. Email Schedule:
- Go to the SwilERP> Tools menu> Schedule SMS/Email.
- Select "Schedule For" as Report.
- Select "Schedule" as Email.
- Now, choose the Report that you want to upload to Swil Unify.
- Click on the Save button.
