How to Integrate WhatsApp into Unisolve Software


                                                                     

Unisolve has featured the option of WhatsApp integration. With this, users can easily share their transactions with customers from Whatsapp via Unisolve software. For this, users must have a WhatsApp application on their mobile phones. This article will explain how you can use Whatsapp integration in your system with your mobile phones. 
   
Note: Before doing this process, your Unisolve Software should be updated to the new version. 
 
Do follow the below-given process for implementation of WhatsApp in your software: 

  1. The first step is to download the SwilService Zip File:

  1. After that, unzip the swilservice.zip file. Then copy the SwilService folder where the software's data is saved.

  • After that open the SwilService folder, here 2 folders will be shown:
   1. win-x64 -For Windows 64 Bit
   2. win-x86 -For Windows 32 Bit
  1. Now, select and open the folder according to your operating system configuration, like 64bit and 32bit. Then copy all the files and paste them into the swill service folder.
  2. You can also copy the "SwilService Application" file to the desktop.
  1. How can users check system configuration?

To check your PC configuration:
  1. Right-click on This PC icon.
  2. Then select Properties and right-click on it.

Now, start with the Unisolve dashboard to initiate the process:  

  1. Go to the System tab.
  2. Select the System Maintenance > System Parameter.

Note: After that, a pop-up window will appear, and enter the password "USSC" in it.
  • Follow the below-given steps to enter the SwilService Folder Path:  

  1. Firstly, select the Account tab in the the system parameter window.
  2. Scroll the window and select the value column of SwilService Folder Path.
  3. After select it a pop-up window will open, enter the SwilService Folder Path in it.( where you save your SwilService folder, from to there you have to select of SwilService path).

  1. In the system parameter window, click on the "Ok" button and the Path will be updated.
  2. Now, click on the "Ok" button and a new pop-up window will appear, enter the password "USSC" in it. To save system parameters.

Note:- If the Client using Software on Lan (Multi-User) then please mention the SwilService path in System Parameter -> Accounts Tab as "\\ashish\G\US" instead of "G:\US". (\\Computer Name\Drive Name\Folder Name).

  1. Before starting the SMS Integration process, the second thing you need to do is enable the 'E-mail/SMS' option and 'Show Mail to Confirm Window' option:

  1. Go to the System tab.
  2. Select the System Maintenance > System Parameter.
  3. After that, a pop-up window will appear; enter the password "USSC."
  4. Firstly, select the Account tab in the system parameter window.
  5. Double click in Value Column to "Enable E-Mail/SMS option," and a Pop-up window will open; tick the mark in the given check box.
  6. Click on the Ok tab, and the E-mail/SMS option will be enabled.
  7. Same steps you have to do in the option of ''Show Mail to Confirm Window''.
  8. To save this window, click on Ok. A Pop-up window will open; enter the USSC password in it.

Note: You have to run the SwilService application from the SwilService folder, and after that, the WhatsApp web window will open; then, you will have to scan the QR code from your WhatsApp account. Once the QR code is scanned, the Swilservice application will auto-open next time; if you log out from WhatsApp web, you have to Re-open the SwilService application and scan the QR code again from WhatsApp.

  1. How to scan a WhatsApp QR code to use WhatsApp on your computer:

  1. Open WhatsApp on your phone.
  2. Tap Menu or Settings and select Linked Devices.
  3. Tap on Link a Device.
  4. Point your phone to this screen to capture the code.

  1. Before starting the SMS Integration process, please check whether the following options are correctly updated or not in your Customer Master:

  1. Mobile No ( Mandatory) Please check & update the Mobile No. in your Company Information & also check & update the Customer's Mobile No. in your Customer Master ( If mentioned, it should be written with ten digits without any special character).
  1. E-Mail ID ( Mandatory) Please check & update the E-Mail id in your Company Information & also check & update the Customer's E-Mail ID in your Customer Master (If mentioned, it should properly connect with "@").

  • After that, you have to create an SMS schedule:
    1. Go to the Utility menu option.
    2. Select the Email/SMS (Beta) > Mail Schedule.

    1. Following the below-given steps to create an SMS schedule:

              A new window will appear to create a new schedule for WhatsApp implementation. 
    1. Click on the Add option to create a schedule.

    1. After clicking on add option, a Mail Schedule window will open:

    2. Select the SMS option.
    3. Select the Transaction option to send the transaction invoices.
    4. Next, select the PDF.
    5. Now select Transaction from the drop-down list you want to share on WhatsApp. (For example, you've selected Wholesale)
    6. Select the Format in which you want to send the invoices.
    7. Schedule for as "WhatsApp." 
    8. Select the option in Send To- "Customer."
    9. In the All and Selected options, choose the "All" to send to all the customers. 
    10. Then click on the Ok button.

    1. After that, you have to create a sales invoice, you can send also existing invoices:

    Now you have to make a sales invoice for the customer and save the bill. Once you click on the save button, a window will appear; update the below-given details in this: 

    1. If you have made a customer master, the customer mobile number will automatically be filled. You can also enter your mobile number manually in the column. 
    2. Check the mark in the SMS check box.
    3. The attachment will automatically attach to the column. 
    4. Now, click on the Ok option.

    1.  After clicking on the Ok button, a pop-up window will appear:-

    1. When you  want to check the status of the sent SMS:

    1. Go to the Utility tab option
    2. Select the E-mail/SMS (Beta) > SMS Details.

    2. You can view the status of the sent invoice in the Sent and Wait Sent columns.
