How to Email Stock Valuation Report in SwilERP


The stock valuation report in SwilERP software helps manage inventory data and assess stock value in terms of overvaluation, undervaluation, or market price. Users can access this report under the "Calculate Stock Value" option in the inventory menu, available in three variations: product, tax, and group wise. Sharing the report via email is also possible through the provided process.

Start with login in SwilERP dashboard to initiate the process

  1. Go to the Tools Section> Schedule SMS/ Email option.
  2. After that, a new window of Schedule SMS/ Email will appear in the next slide.

Process to Share Email of Report

Note: This article explains the process of sharing product-wise stock valuation reports. And the same process will follow for sharing tax/group wise reports.
  1. Select the Schedule For as "Report" in the column.
  2. Select Schedule as "Email." Here you will see multiple options to share the report.
  3. Now, select the Transactions/ Reports as "Product Wise." Similarly, you can select Tax Wise or Group Wise report here.
  4. You can set product-wise stock valuation report parameters by clicking on the Report Parameters section.

SMS/Email Window
  1. Select the Receiver Option to which customers to want to share the details. (i.e. All, Selected, To Given Mail ID/ Mobile No)
  2. From the "Schedule Options," users can set the sharing date, time, or schedule report for day-by-day report. (For example, you selected "One Time" share option)
  3. Enter Start Date & Time in the first two columns.
  4. Enter From to To Date in the column.
  5. Click on the Save option.
