How to View Sales Order Status Report in SwilERP (RetailGraph)
What is a sales order status?
Track your Sales Order status effortlessly in SwilERP. This report offers insights into Transaction details, Entry No, Customer info, Amount, and Status. Choose between Summary or Detail view, with customizable Date Range options. Stay updated on order progress and current conditions with ease.

First, login in SwilERP dashboard to initiate the process

Go to the Reports> Transaction Status Report> Sales Order Status.

Process to view the report
A new window of sales order reports will appear on the next slide.
Follow the below-given steps to know the process:

Select the
Date Range "From" to "To",
in which you want to view the details.

Select the
Report Type
as
Summary
or
Detail
to view the report.

Choose the option in between:
All/ Adjusted/ Pending.

If you choose options of
adjusted
or
pending, then tick mark on the
Partially Adjusted.

Users can also filter the
Customer
and
Series
from the given option.

Click on the
View
tab.
- There you'll see the details of Sales Order.

How can you analyze sales order report?
In this section, you can analyze your sales report. You can find this report similar to the pivot table, in which you can view the products order details.

Go to the
Analysis section.

Select the details as same as you selected in the Home section.

Click on the
View option.

After that,
Choose fields to add to report.
Tick-mark on the options; then, they will automatically field in the below-given areas.

You can also
Drag fields between below-given four areas
:
Filter, Columns, Rows, Values.

The data reflect in the
Analysis Grid
section.

Click on the Chart tab to view the report in chart format.

Here you'll see the report's chart along with reflected every detail.

Raw Data,
where you can find every detail.
- Click on the raw data and there you will see sales order report.

To Print and Preview the Report

Go to the Display
section.

Select the Print
and Preview
option to take printout of the report.

To export the file in excel format

Go to the Display section.

Click on the ''T'' button, and there, you'll see the options to convert your report into an excel file.
