How To View Group Party Wise Report In SwilERP

What is the Group Party Wise Purchase report?

Group Party Wise report is that report where all details are available that related to Purchase. This report shows all the transactions which happened at the time of purchase. In this report, users can view the details of vendors' names, marketing company names, product names, entry dates, entry numbers, product quantity, and amount.

When the user wants to view this report in SwilERP software, go to the Reports menu in the dashboard.

Open SwilERP dashboard:-
  1. Go to Reports > Purchase Reports > Group Party Wise.

How to view the report:

  1. Let's see how to view the Group Party Wise report:- 
  1. Select the Area Product section.
  2. Now select the Date Range from when you want to see the report. 
  3. In the Report Type, you can choose the option in which you want details in your report.
  4. Select Series and Invoice Attribute, if required.
  5. Users can also apply filters in the Product/Sales Person and Vendor tab.
  6. Click on the View tab.
     After following the above-mentioned steps, the report window will appear like this:-

How to view the report in Chart:

  1.  To view the report in Chart form:-
  1. Select data for the Chart.
  2. Click on the Chart tab and select any Recommended Chart from the options.

How to Print & Preview report:

  1. To Preview and Print the report:-
     If the user wants to take a printout of the report, it can be done by using the menu Preview and Print options.
  1. Go to the Display section.
  2. Click on the Preview and Print tab.

How to Export report:
  1. To export report into Excel format:-
  1. Select the Display section.
  2. Click on 'T' and select one of the export formats:-
  1. Excel
  2. Text
  3. PDF
  4. XML
  5. HTML
