How To View Product Wise Purchase Report In SwilERP
What is a Product Wise Purchase Report?
This report will show all the transactions made in the Purchase section. When the buyer wants to view how much purchased total products in their store then they can generate a product-wise purchase report. The product-wise purchase report shows the details of products purchased like- products name, entry date, quantity purchased, total amount, etc.
When the user wants to view this report in SwilERP software, go to the Reports section and view the report.

How to create a Purchase Invoice
Select Product Wise from Purchase Reports Under Reports :
Log in SwilERP:-
- Go to the Reports menu.
- Choose Purchase Reports then select Product Wise.
OR
(Reports > Purchase Reports > Product Wise)
How to view the report:
- To Generate Product Wise Report:-
Here you will see how to follow these steps:-
- In the Product-Area section.
- In the Date Range option, you need to enter the end date and the starting date.
- You can also select the Report Type option by a month-wise, day-wise, monthly, quarterly, or cumulative, summary in which you want to view details.
- If required select Series and Invoice Attribute.
- By clicking on the Product/ Sales Person and Vendor options, the user can also apply a filter on it.
- Then click on the View tab.
To view the report in Chart form:

- Select data or any column for the Chart form.
- Select Chart > Recommended Charts.
To Preview and Print the report:

If the user wants to take a printout of the report, it can be done by using the menu Preview and Print.
- Go to the Display section.
- Click on Preview and Print tab.
