How to view schedule wise sales details in SwilERP
Meaning of schedule wise sales
While creating a generic name, there is an option to select Schedule. A schedule indicates the product's drug name in which your product is prescribed. Users can also define their schedule by giving them a color code. Users add a schedule name in the column when they create a generic name. Then you will view the report of schedule-wise transaction details in schedule wise sales details section.
With this option, users can easily view their reports by selecting the schedule name and date range. Transactions' entry number, name of drug, patient name, batch number, qty, expiry date, generic name, doctor name, etc. These details are visible in the schedule wise sales detail report.
Do follow these steps to view the Report
Open SwilERP dashboard in Reports Section:
- Go to Sales Analysis> Schedule Wise Sales Report.
In the schedule wise sales details window:
- Go to the Home Tab.
- Enter the Date Range from where you want to view the report.
- Then, select the Schedule Name from the list in which you want to view your report.
- Click on the View option.
- And, there you'll see the S No, Entry Date, Entry No, Patient Name, Doctor Name, Product Name, Generic name, quantity, etc.
To Print and Preview the Report:
- Go to the Display option.
- Click on the Print and Preview Option to print your reports.
To convert your reports into excel format:
- Go to the Display tab.
- Then, click on the 'T' point and select the option in which you want to convert your reports.
