How to Export GSTR-3B to Excel in SwilERP

The GSTR-3B is a summary return that businesses registered under GST need to file monthly. It is a self-declaration form where taxpayers provide summarized details of their outward and inward supplies, along with the tax liability, input tax credit (ITC) claimed, and the net amount of tax payable.

In this guide, we will explore the streamlined process of exporting comprehensive GSTR-3B details into an Excel file.

Start with Login in the SwilERP to initiate the process

1. Go to Menu > Consolidated Data.
   
2. Select GST Forms (For Offline Tool) > Export GSTR3B (Excel).

Follow the steps below to convert data into Excel format:

1. Go to the Date Range section and pick the dates, like October 1st to October 31st.
2. Click OK to confirm your chosen dates.
3. A new window will pop up.
4. Pick where you want to save the Excel file.
5. Give the file a clear name.
6. Save the Excel file with those details.

1. Once the file destination is saved, an Excel file will automatically open on your system.
2. Review the details on the Excel sheet to ensure accuracy before proceeding with the upload into the Offline Utility.
