How to Export GSTR1 Data in Excel & CSV Files in SwilERP
If you are running a business with multiple locations and want to view data in one place, you can use a feature called Consolidated GSTR1 Data, which allows you to see all location data in one report.
Start with Login in the SwilERP to Initiate the Process
- Go to Menu > Consolidated Data > GST Form (Offline Tool) > Export GSTR1 (Excel).
- A new window of Export GSTR1 (Excel) will appear in next slide.

How to Export GSTR1 Data
- Select the Date Range "From" to "To" in the respective columns. For example, you selected 1st November to 30th November date range.
- Tick mark on the Export Debit Note in CDNR, if you want to export it.
- Press OK button.
Note: This report export as per Offline Tool v2.4

- A new window to Save the file will appear in next slide.
- Select the Path and enter the file name to save it.
- Save the excel file in your selected path.

- After saving the window, an Excel file will open.
- Here you can view all the details of GSTR1 in excel file i.e., b2b, b2cs, hsn, docs, etc.
- Review the details on the Excel sheet to ensure accuracy before proceeding with the upload into the Offline Utility.
