How to Export GSTR1 Data in Excel & CSV Files in SwilERP


If you are running a business with multiple locations and want to view data in one place, you can use a feature called Consolidated GSTR1 Data, which allows you to see all location data in one report.

Start with Login in the SwilERP to Initiate the Process

  1. Go to Menu > Consolidated Data > GST Form (Offline Tool) > Export GSTR1 (Excel).
  2. A new window of Export GSTR1 (Excel) will appear in next slide.

How to Export GSTR1 Data

  1. Select the Date Range "From" to "To" in the respective columns. For example, you selected 1st November to 30th November date range.
  2. Tick mark on the Export Debit Note in CDNR, if you want to export it.
  3. Press OK button.
Note: This report export as per Offline Tool v2.4

  1. A new window to Save the file will appear in next slide.
  2. Select the Path and enter the file name to save it.
  3. Save the excel file in your selected path.

  1. After saving the window, an Excel file will open.
  2. Here you can view all the details of GSTR1 in excel file i.e., b2b, b2cs, hsn, docs, etc.
  3. Review the details on the Excel sheet to ensure accuracy before proceeding with the upload into the Offline Utility.
