Convert Purchased Products Directly into Sales Invoice in Unisolve Software

How to Convert & Select Purchased Products Directly into Sales Invoice in Unisolve


Unisolve software now includes a convenient feature that allows users to select purchased products and directly convert them into sales invoices. This feature is accessible in the purchase section under "Create Sales Invoice (Auto)." For instance, if products are purchased on June 30th, they can be seamlessly converted into sales invoices. Follow the steps below to obtain more detailed information.

Note: Firstly, install the latest version of Unisolve software to implement the process.

Login in Unisolve Software to Initiate the Process

  1. Go to the Purchase Menu> Create Sales Invoice (Auto).

  1. A new window of Create Invoice will appear in the next slide.
  2. Click on the Show Detail option.
  3. To view the created invoices within a specific date range, enter the "From" and "To" dates accordingly.
  4. In this section, you can view all the purchase invoices created within the selected date range. Choose the entry to create the corresponding sales invoice.
  5. After selecting invoice number you can set following parameters for sales invoice:
    1. Entry Date: You can enter sales invoice entry date in this column.
    2. Tax Type: You have the option to change the tax type of products. If necessary, you can make the change; otherwise, you may skip this step.
    3. Import: Choose the type of invoice you want to create a sales invoice for: Wholesale invoice, Distribution invoice, Invoice or Transfer Out.
    4. Customer: Select the customer for whom you want to create sales invoice.
    5. Rate: Select the rate from the drop-down list for selling the product i.e., Default, Purchase Rate, Sale Rate, MRP, etc.
    6. In case of Transfer Out invoice you can select posting account option.

Select Products to Create Invoice

  1. Click on the OK button. The Product List of the selected purchase entry will appear in the next slide.
  2. Select the Product for which you want to create Sales Invoice.
  3. Click on the OK.

  1. Once selected, the details of the chosen products will be displayed on the screen.
  2. Press Ok to continue the process.
  3. A pop-up window for exporting the bill in a CSV file will appear. Press Yes to export it.
  4. By following these steps, the sales invoice will be created automatically.

How to View Created Sales Invoice

  1. Go to the Sales Menu> Sales Invoice.
  2. After that, a new window of Sales Invoice will appear in the next slide.
  3. To view the created sales invoice, press the "Esc" key.
