How to Export GSTR-3B (JSON) File in SwilERP


What is GSTR-3B?  

GSTR-3B is a monthly self-declaration return filed by registered GST taxpayers along with GSTR-1 and GSTR-2. It is a simplified return form used to declare summary GST liabilities such as outward supplies, input tax credit (ITC), and net tax payable for a specific tax period.

Exporting GSTR-3B From SwilERP  

SwilERP provides an easy option to export the GSTR-3B file in JSON format, which can then be uploaded to the GST Portal for filing.

Follow the steps below to complete the process:

Steps to Export GSTR-3B (JSON) in SwilERP  

  1. Log in to your SwilERP Dashboard.

  2. Navigate to the GST tab.

  3. Select GST Forms (For GSTIN).

  4. Click on Export GSTR-3B (JSON).

Exporting Data from the Pop-Up Window  

After selecting Export GSTR-3B (JSON), a new pop-up window will appear. Follow these steps:

  1. Select the Date Range – Choose the period (From–To) for which you want to export the data.
    Example: 1st Aug to 31st Aug.

  2. Click OK – Press OK to generate and export the JSON file.

Saving the Exported File  

After clicking the OK button, a new window will appear.

  1. Select the file path/location where you want to save the JSON file.

  2. Enter a file name of your choice.

  3. Click Save to complete the export process.
