Exporting GSTR-1 JSON File in SwilERP


SwilERP makes it easy to export your GSTR-1 data in JSON format for GST filing. Just select the date range, choose if you want to include Debit Notes in CDNR and separate HSN details for B2B and B2C. The file is ready to upload using the GST Offline Tool v3.2.2.

Here is the process for exporting GSTR-1 into (JSON) Form:

Start with Login SwilERP dashboard to initiate the process:

  1. Go to the GST menu.
  2. Select option GST Forms (For GSTIN) > Export GSTR-1 (JSON).

  • After clicking on the Export GSTR-1 (JSON) option, a pop-up window will appear.

  • Select the required From Date and To Date to set the report period.

  • Choose to include:

    • Debit Notes in CDNR

    • Separate HSN details for B2B and B2C

  • The file is compatible with GST Offline Tool v3.2.2.

  • Click OK to generate and save the JSON file.

Reference Window:



  1. When you click OK, a new window will open to select the file path.
  2. Choose the desired location, enter the file name, and click the Save button to complete the export.
