How to Use the Cancel Received Goods Feature in SwilERP

When the user wants to Cancel Received Goods for many reasons, which are received via the process of Issue location transfer and Received location  transfer, and now the user wants to cancel the transferred stock, they can do it from the given option of 'Cancel Received Goods'. 


Before the cancellation process, you must know about the Issue Location Transfer and Received Location Transfer process.

With these options, users can move their stock to the created Location, such as Non-Saleable, Hold the stock, In-Transit Stock etc. And the receiver has to do stock entry of that product; that process is called Receive Location Transfer.

Start with Login in the SwilERP dashboard to initiate the process:

  1. Go to the Options tab > System Maintenance.

Follow the below steps on the next slide:

  1. Go to the Facilities tab.
  2. Select the option of Cancel Received Goods. 
  3. Now, select the Stock Transfer Entry Location from the drop-down list.
  4. Click on the "OK" button.

  1. Now you will get a successful message, click on "Ok" to continue the process.
