View or modify created receipt entry

How to View or Modify a Created Receipt Entry in SwilERP

SwilERP software has a feature to modify created receipt entries. The user can easily view or modify the created receipt entry. To modify the receipt entry, the user will follow the below steps:

Start with Login in the SwilERP dashboard to initiate the process:

  1. Go to the Receipts menu > Receipt option.

  1. Then, the Receipt Entry window will appear on the next slide.
  2. Go to the View menu.
  3. And now, select the Previous option to modify an entry.

  1. Now, the user will modify the Receipt entry and make the necessary changes as per the requirement.

  1. For example, you want to modify in date.
  2. Select the Date as you want to change according to your requirement.

  1. After changes in Date, go to the Home tab.
  2. To save the changes, click on Save.

  Note: After following the above steps, the user can make the desired changes in the previously created receipt entry.
