The help section in SwilERP provides various options to access software-related information and receive support. Here's a breakdown of each option:

Start with Login in SwilERP dashboard to initiate the process
- Go to Menu> Dashboard> Help Section.

The about us page is commonly used by all businesses to give customers more insight into who is involved with a given business and precisely what it does. The primary purpose of an about us page is to inform the reader about the company and its operations.
With this option, you can view information regarding company and your business. Click on the About option, and on the next slide, you will see the crucial information about your business.
Online Support
Online support is an online form of providing customer service and helping customers resolve various issues. It can be implemented, for example, via e-mail, social media or live chat. It also allows you to gain customer opinions and supports building relationships with them.
For online support, the SWIl provides you Zoho assist application. With this, you can connect with your support team.
- Click on the Online support.
- Then, the software will redirect you to Zoho Assist page with your selected browser.
- With this, you can start your session and take online support.

Submit Support Request
With this option, users can directly update the support request from the given option.
- Click on the Submit Support Request.
- Then, the software will redirect you to SwilDESK page with your selected browser.
- With this, you can submit your request and take online support.

Visit Us
With this option in SwilERP, users can directly visit SWIL's official Website.
- Click on the Visit Us option.
- Then, the software will redirect you to swindia.com website.
- There you will see the SWIL Software information, Blogs, YouTube videos, and much more product information.

Data Backup Importance
With this option, you can view data backup importance of Software. Data Backup is essential as you may lose your data due to hardware failure or data corruption. You should use a pen drive to keep proper data backup. Keeping backup on another hard disk on another computer is helpful but not sufficient. You should keep the backup copy of data in a separate physical location.
- Click on the Data Backup Importance.

Support Policy
With this option, you can view the software's support policy. All support for our SwilERP products is available online via telephone, e-mail, and courier communications during business hours to all the AMC availed clients. Clients must maintain the backup of all of their data while taking online support from us.

- And a new window on the Software Support Policy will appear. Users can read the information on this page.

The software's license agreement is shown here. With this, you will become aware of license policies i.e., Limited Rights, Restrictions, Limited Warranty, Disclaimer of Warranties, Export Restrictions, Support, Restricted Usage, Tax Updates, etc.

With this option, you'll see the software and printer setup process in your system. There are showing a check list that helps you to know the setup process.

What's New in SwilERP
Now with SwilERP, you can view the list of new updates in software from the Help section.
- Go to the Help section> What's New.
- After that, a new window of what's new will appear in the next slide.
- Here you'll see list of new updates i.e. software version, new system default, new forms, etc.

Knowledge Base
A knowledge base is a self-serve online library of information about a product, service, department, or topic. The Details or Articles in your knowledge base come from the service provider that helps you know the software process. SwilERP, and Unisolve Guide - Go through Articles to learn how to use software with each feature and smoothly your store performance.
- Click on the Knowledge Base option.
- And the software will redirect you to knowledge base articles.
- Here you can view categories of products and select the product whose article you want to be read out. Search topic name in the search menu and all the related articles are shown on the screen.
- These Articles are help you to know the software process without any support.
