How to View Created Sales Invoice History in SwilERP


With SwilERP users can easily view the Invoice History of previously created sales invoices. It helps you to identify and review a quickly detailed list of all activities pertaining. Users can easily view customer history, customer/product history, purchase/product history, and sales/product history.

Start with login in SwilERP dashboard to initiate the process

  1. Go to Menu> Sales Menu> Sales Invoice.

Process to view Sales Invoice History

  1. A new window of Sales Invoice will appear in the next slide.
  2. Select the Options i.e. Month/Date/Entry/Year to browse the invoices. Or users can open the previous invoice by clicking on the Previous option in sales invoice.
  3. Click on it and open the sales invoice window.

  1. After that, all the products you have created invoices for are displayed on the screen.
  2. Go to the History Section.
  3. Select the option of which you want to view the history:
    1. Customer History
    2. Customer/Product History
    3. Purchase/Product History
    4. Sales/Product History

For Example, you selected the Customer History option:
  1. Click on the Customer History.
  2. ​After that, a new window of customer history appears, showing all the related history of the customer.
  3. In which, users can view products' entry date & number, transactions, product name, batch, mrp, sale rate, qty, scheme, discount, tax, series, etc.

Note: Similarly, users can view history in other options which they want to view.
