How to Add/Less Billing Head in Sales Invoice in SwilERP (RetailGraph) Software


A Billing Head is a head used for accounting purposes to post transactions in accounts. Users can define the deduction or collection of Products, Services, and Capital Goods. During the creation of sales invoice users can add the billing head on selected customer & products. With this option, user enters the amount while selecting the billing head, and the same amount will be add/less to the bill.

Start with login in SwilERP dashboard to initiate the process

  1. Go to the Sales Menu> Sales Invoice Option.
  2. After that, a new window of created Sales Invoices list will appear in the next slide.

How to Add Billing Head

  1. Click on the New option to create a sales invoice & the sales invoice window will appear in the next slide.
  2. After that, enter the Customer Name.
  3. Select the Product Name from the drop-down list and fill other details.
  4. After that, click on the Add/Less option.
  5. A new pop-up window of billing head will appear in the next slide.

  1. Select the Billing Head from the drop down list. (For example, you selected TDS collected)
  2. Now, enter the Amount in the column which you want Add/Less.
  3. Click on the OK button.

  1. After that, you will see the amount in the Add/Less column.
  2. Now, Save the window with given option.
