Zero Data Entry in Unisolve Software to Scan Product Batch Details

How to Scan Product Batch Details with Zero Data Entry Process

A new feature has added in Unisolve software to scan products' batch details without doing any data entry. With this option, you have to scan the product via AllScan mobile application, and product will automatically be added in bills. This feature is available in Unisolve software for multiple transaction entries i.e., sales invoice, sales return, purchase invoice (only for existing batch number), purchase return, debit/credit notes etc. First, users must do registration in the allscan option in the software. Follow the below-mentioned steps to know the process.

Note: Firstly, install the latest version of Unisolve software to implement the process.

Step:1 Enable the AllScan Option in System Parameters

  1. Go to the System Menu> System Maintenance> System Parameters option.
  2. The system parameter window will ask you to enter the password, enter "USSC" in the password column to open it.

  1. Go to the Account Section  in system parameter window.
  2. Drag the cursor below on the "Enable Allscan Integration" option.
  3. Enable this option "True" in the column.
  4. Press OK to save the window.

Step:2 Do Registration in AllScan Option

  1. Go to the Utility Menu> Integration Options> AllScan Export.
  2. Then, click on the Registration option.

  1. Here you have to enter the Password and Valid Till in the column. These details will be provided by SWIL team.
  2. The system will automatically update the "Exported File Location" from where your software is running.
  3. After entering these details, click on the OK button.

Note: After this process, you need to re-login the software again.

  1. After completing the registration process re-login the Unisolve software again. When you restart the software the data files will automatically exported in exe path folder.
  2. Also, a Pair Device Barcode appears on the screen.
  3. Scan this barcode from your AllScan Mobile application.

Step:3 Process to Scan the Products

  1. Now, install the AllScan ERP mobile application from Play Store.
  2. After Installing the application you have to connect the application with Unisolve.
Note: The IP address or internet connection should be the same to run the application for scanning products. That means your software & application should be connected to the same internet connection.

  1. Open the Unisolve software and open the transactions.
  2. Go to the any transaction entry for Scanning products.
First example, you opened the Sales Bill Entry in software:
  1. Here, select the Customer name and other details in the column.
  2. Now, scan the product with Allscan mobile application.
  3. To scan the product easily with mobile you need a AllScan box in which you can scan the products. As shown in the below-given reference image.

  1. And after scanning all the products will automatically added to the Sales Invoice window.
  2. To add multiple product quantities in the bill, you have to scan the product multiple times or manually add quantity in the sales bill.

  1. Here you will see in the Sales Invoice window, the product has been added.
  2. Now, you can Save the invoice with the given option.

Second example, you opened the Purchase Return Entry in software:
  1. Here, select the Vendor name and other details in the column.
  2. You have to select the Product Return Category manually in the category column. For example, you selected "Breakage" in the column.
Note: Suppose you selected category as "Breakage" then all the products are added in the same category. Now, if you want to change product category as "Expiry" while scanning, then you have to change it manually.
  1. After selecting the category, press Enter only one time.

  1. And after scanning all the products will automatically added to the purchase return window.
  2. To add multiple product quantities in the bill, you have to scan the product multiple times or manually add quantity in the purchase return bill.

  1. Here you will see in the Purchase Return window, the product has been added.
  2. Now, you can Save the invoice with the given option.

That's how you can scan multiple products in the software without doing any manual data entry.

How to Verify Transactions with AllScan Application

In Unisolve software, the verify transactions feature has added to scan the transactions without doing any data entry. With this option, users can match data uploaded in software by the operator and their physical stock. This feature verified the product details as per batch, MRP, etc. For example, the operator uploaded the data by CSV file, and now you have to verify the data then, it can be done by this option.

If your scanned product quantity exceeds the stock in software, then the product show in the red alert notification. If the products have low quantity while scanning, they will show in yellow alert notification. And if the stock is matched with software data, then the verified notification appears on the screen. This option is available for all the transactions of Unisolve software i.e. sales invoice, purchase invoice, etc.
  1. Go to the Purchase Menu> Verify Transactions.
  2. Then a new window of Verify Invoice will appear in the next slide.
  3. Select the Transaction from the drop-down list. For example, you selected purchase invoice.
  4. Enter the Transaction Number in column. Click on the Show option.
  5. After that, the products under the entered transaction number will be displayed on the screen.

  1. Now, open the AllScan mobile application and enter IP Address.
  2. Click on the Start Scan option in the verify entry window.
  3. Now scan the products, and quantity will automatically added in the column.
  4. Users can also add Product's Quantity manually in the column.
  5. Click on the Verify option.
  6. As you can see in the below-given reference image, "Verified" and "Bill has less qty" status will appear after verifying them.
  7. Lastly, click on the Save Verify button.
