Unisolve provides both manual and automatic options for opening the Bill Payment Window during sales transactions. Users can press Ctrl + Y to open the Payment Details window manually or configure the system to display it automatically. This feature helps users manage different payment modes, including Cash, Credit, Cheque/DD, and Card/UPI, while processing sales invoices.
Step 1: Open the Manual Bill Payment Window Using Ctrl + Y
Follow these steps to open the Payment Details window manually during a sales transaction:
Open the Sales Invoice screen, such as Wholesale Invoice (Shift + F5).
Enter the required customer and item details.
Press Ctrl + Y on your keyboard to open the Payment Details window.
Select the appropriate payment mode, such as On Cash, On Credit, Cheque/DD, or Card/UPI.
Enter the payment amount and save the invoice to complete the transaction.
Select the Standard tab.
Locate parameter 123: Always Show Multi Payment Window in Sales.
Change its value to True.
Save the changes, if required.
Once enabled, the Payment Details window will open automatically during sales transactions, allowing you to enter payment details without pressing Ctrl + Y each time.
