New Updates in RetailGraph

How to Update Product H1 Information in SwilERP


In RetailGraph Software, we made some required changes in updating product H1 information. This article will explain how to download and upload new updates, which is about the product's generic information. Users have to follow the below process:

Note: Before starting this process, please take a backup of the existing software.  

Start with login in the RetailGraph dashboard to initiate the process:

  1. Click on the Notification Icon on the bottom of the right side.

  1. Next, an Alert Message window will appear.
  2. Here you will see the Check Your Updates message.
  3. Click on it.

  1. After clicking on it, a new window of Updates will appear on the next slide.
  2. Tick mark on the Download Query- Update Product H1 Information option.
  3. Then, Press "OK" to continue.

  1. After downloading, a Query has been Imported Successfully message will appear.
  2. Click on "OK" in it.

Note: After completing these steps, Generic Masters will be created. Once the Generic master is created, the system automatically updates all the products present in it. In any case, if you cannot find the product's generic name, you can manually add the generic name. Please do ensure to check all the updated Generic names are correct.
