How to Use the Dashboard in SwilDispatch Mobile App
The SwilDispatch Mobile App dashboard provides an intuitive interface for efficient order management. It features an Order Delivered section to track completed deliveries, while Ready for Pickup and Ready for Delivery sections help manage orders awaiting either pickup by delivery personnel or dispatch. The Check Out feature simplifies finalizing orders and confirming their status. Additionally, Order to be Delivered helps prioritize pending deliveries. The dashboard also allows real-time updates, offering a comprehensive view of all order stages to streamline the delivery process and enhance overall efficiency.
Open the SwilDispatch Mobile app on your device to initiate the process:
To Log in, follow these steps:
- Enter your registered Email Address in the field.
- Enter your mobile application Password in the password field.
- Click on the "Login" option to proceed. Reference Image:
- After logging in, you'll see the Dashboard screen displaying your account overview.

- Total Orders: Overview of all orders.
- Order Delivered: Tracks completed deliveries.
- Order Delivered Today: Displays the orders that have been delivered on the current day.
- Ready for Pickup: Manages orders awaiting pickup by delivery personnel.
- Ready for Delivery: Manages orders that are ready for dispatch.
- Check Out: Simplifies finalizing orders and confirming their status.
- Order to be Delivered: Helps prioritize and manage pending deliveries.
- Cancelled Orders: Overview of orders that have been cancelled.
Once you have logged in, navigate to the Dashboard screen where you will see three rows.

- Ready for Pickup
- Ready for Delivery
- Checkout
- Active Deliveries
- Settings
- Help
- Logout
