  1. Online/ Centralized process.
  2. Offline process.

In RetailGraph, users can set up centralized online working according to their Branches. For this process, users must have stable Internet Connectivity  to connect with the server. In the Online Process , RetailGraph's database created on the server system.

What is the Offline process?

In RetailGraph, there is also a process for Offline setup. In this setup, we will set the database in their respective Branches. The internet connectivity is required for importing and exporting data. RetailGraph can be implemented in offline mode with a consolidated database and Master data.

Registration with CRM

After the installation part, users have to register with CRM to implement the online and offline setup.

In the online process, users give the branch name, address, station, and numbers of users to register on the CRM portal. First, we have to register the branches and users. After that, we can setup the online process.

In the offline process, in this process, branches are registered separately according to their locations. After that, we can start working on the offline setup.
