How to Review Consolidated Auto Adjust Payables in SwilERP Enterprise

SwilERP is an integrated software solution designed for retailers, offering robust Point of Sale (POS) and Inventory Management features. To effortlessly auto-adjust payables within the system, follow these straightforward steps.

Start with Login in the SwilERP dashboard to initiate the process:

  1. Go to Menu > Consolidated Data > Auto Adjust Payables.

Note: When you click on the "Auto Adjust Payableswindow, a pop-up window will open and ask for a password; to know this password, contact your local service provider, or you can make a ticket on: Support.swildesk.com.

  1. After entering the password, Auto Adjust Payables window will appear on the next slide.
  2. Select the As on Date, and the payable amount will be auto-adjusted till the selected date.
  3. Now click on the Account tab to apply the required filter here.
  4. Select the Account column to seamlessly auto-adjust payables amounts for specific customers.
  5. Utilize various filter options based on your specific needs:
  1. Region
  2. Area
  3. Station
  4. Locality
  5. Ledger Group

  1. Similarly, you can apply the filter in Vendor details as per your requirement.

  1. Apply the filter in the Series tab as per your requirement.
  2. And Payables will be auto-adjusted of the selection series.

  1. After selection of  filters click on OK in auto adjust payables window.
  2. Done successfully message will appear, finalize the process by clicking "OK" to auto-adjust payables amount.
