How to View Consolidated Auto Adjust Receivables Report in SwilERP Enterprise

SwilERP, a retail-focused software solution, seamlessly combines Point of Sale (POS) and Inventory Management functionalities. Among its robust features is the automated adjustment of Receivables. Follow these steps to effortlessly manage and maintain accurate receivable records in SwilERP.

Start with Login in the SwilERP dashboard to initiate the process:

    1. Go to Menu > Consolidated Data > Auto Adjust Receivables.

    Note: When you click on the "Auto Adjust Receivables " option, a pop-up window will open and ask for a password; to know this password, contact your local service provider, or you can make a ticket on: Support.swildesk.com.

    1. After entering the password, 'Auto Adjust Receivables' window will appear on the next slide.
    2. Select the As on Date, and the Receivables details will be auto-adjusted till the selected date.
    3. Now click on the Account tab to apply the required filter here.
    4. You can select the Account column to auto-adjust receivables for the particular customer.
    5. Apart from this, you can apply the filter in these options as per your requirement:
      1. Region/ Area/ Station/ Locality/ Ledger Group.

    1. Similarly, you can apply the filter in Customer details as per your requirement.

    1. Apply the filter in the Series tab as per your requirement.
    2. And Receivables amount will be auto-adjusted of the selection series.

    1. Now click on the OK to auto-adjust receivables.
    2. After this, a successful message will appear. Click on "OK," to continue the process, and the Receivables will be auto-adjusted.
