Manage Your Brand Catalog and Settings in SwilMart Admin

How to Organize and Customize Your Brand Catalog in SwilMart Admin

SwilMart Admin provides a powerful and user-friendly Brand Management feature that allows you to organize, manage, and optimize your brand catalog in one place. With this feature, you can add, update, filter, and track brands according to your business needs, ensuring smooth store operations and better customer experience.

 

Getting Started:

Login to SwilMart Admin

  • Visit the SwilMart Admin login page.
  • Enter your registered email and password, then click Sign In to access your dashboard.

  1. From the left menu, select Brand.
  2. Search Bar: Quickly locate specific brands within your catalog.
  3. Sort By: Use dropdowns to organize brands by sort order or other criteria.
  4. Refresh: Click to update dashboard after changes.
  5. Export: Export brand info for reports, analysis, or integration with other systems.

Quick Filters:


Filter Type

What It Does

Search

Find brands instantly by name or code

Status

Filter by active/inactive state

Platform

Sort by B2B, B2C, Marketplace, etc.

Visibility

Show or hide brands as needed

Creating a New Brand:

To add a new brand, click on the New Brand button in the top-right corner. The creation process is divided into five steps.

Step 1: Basic Information

  1. Brand Name
  2. Brand Code (if required by your business)

Step 2: Description  

  • Short Description (e.g., “Goodluck Health offers trusted wellness products.”)
  • Detailed Description (optional)
  • Tagline (e.g., “Care, Quality, and Health for All.”)

  • Brand Colors:

  • Primary: #0d6efd (Blue)

  • Secondary: #6c757d (Gray)

  • Accent: #198754 (Green)

Step 3: Contact Information  

Enter the brand’s contact details:
  1. Website
  2. Email
  3. Phone
  4. Address (Street, Suite, City, State, ZIP, Country)

Step 4: SEO Settings  

Optimize how your brand appears in search engines:
  1. SEO Title
  2. SEO Description
  3. SEO Keywords (up to 10 relevant keywords)
  4. Search Engine Robots settings (e.g., Index, Follow)

Step 5: Visibility & Display Settings  

Control how and where your brand is shown.
  1. General Visibility
    ☑ Visible to customers
    ☑ Show in menu
    ☐ Show on homepage
  2. Platform Availability
    ☑ B2B Platform
    ☐ B2C Platform
    ☐ Marketplace
    ☐ Custom Platform
  3. Display Options
    ☐ Featured brand
    ☑ Highlighted brand
  4. After completing all steps, click Create Brand to finalize.

  • Edit, update, or remove brands anytime to keep your catalog accurate and current.
  • Export the latest brand data for reporting and business analysis.
