How to Manage Customers in SwilMart Admin Portal


The SwilMart Admin Portal lets admins manage customer accounts quickly from one dashboard. From new registrations and approvals to business detail verification and credit checks, everything is simple and accurate. With smart filters and search tools, you can sort customers by type, status, category, or documents like GST and PAN for faster onboarding and stronger relationships.

Step-by-Step Process  

Login to SwilMart Admin Portal:

  • Open the SwilMart login page. (mart.swilerp.com)
  • Enter your Email and Password.
  • Click on Sign In to access the Admin Portal.

Open Customers Dashboard: 

  • From the left-side menu, select Customers.
  • The dashboard will display key details such as:
    • Total Customers

    • Pending Review

    • Approved Customers

    • B2B Customers

Use Filters and Search Options: 

  • On the left panel, you will see Quick Filters for:
    • Pending Review
    • Approved

    • B2B Customers

    • Vendors

    • High Credit Limit

    • Recent Signups

    • With Business Details

    • Valid Licenses

  • You can also search by Name, Email, Phone, or Customer Code.

Apply Customer Type, Approval, and Verification Filters:

  • Use additional filters to refine the customer list:
    • Customer Type – B2C, B2B, or Vendor
    • Approval Status – Pending, Approved, or All

    • Verification Status – Verified or Unverified

    • Gender – Filter by customer gender

    • Age Range – Select a custom range

Use Business and Document Filters:

Use advanced filters to narrow down customers further:
  • Business Type – Choose from available business types
  • Business Category – Select relevant categories

  • Business Verification – Customers with valid licenses or business details

  • Credit Limit Range – Filter by available credit limit

  • Document Numbers – Search by GST or PAN number

  • Registration Date – Filter by date or custom range

  • Location – Find customers based on location

Take Bulk Actions on Customers:

     Perform actions on multiple customers at once:
  • Approve Selected – Approve all selected customers
  • Block Selected – Block all selected customers

  • Delete Selected – Remove all selected customers
