How to Sync SwilMart Orders with SwilERP
Step-by-Step Guide to Viewing Order Details in SwilMart Admin
Efficient order management is essential for running your online store smoothly, and the SwilMart Admin dashboard provides powerful tools to help you search, filter, and take actions on customer orders. This guide walks you through the complete process—from logging into the portal to applying filters, using quick actions, and syncing orders with your ERP.
Log in to Your SwilMart Admin Account

- Once logged in, you will land on the Dashboard.
- From the left-side menu, click on Orders to open the Orders Management page.
Here, you will see:
Total Orders Count
Total Amount
Average Order Value
Highest Order Value
Status Types
Payment Types
Order Management Page Image
Using the Search Panel
You have sorting and filtering options at the top of the screen.
The Search tab on the left side helps you find specific orders quickly.
- You can search using the following fields:
Search Fields Available:
- Order Number
Search using full or partial order number. - Customer
Find orders linked to a specific customer. - ERP Order ID / ERP Entry Number / ERP Transaction Alias
- Helpful when working with ERP-integrated systems.

Apply Advanced Filters, Amount Range & Quick Filters
- Use the Search Panel to refine order results with multiple filtering options.
- Available advanced filters include:
Order Status (Pending, Completed, Cancelled, Returned, etc.)
Payment Filters
Payment Status (Pending, Completed, Failed.)
Payment Method (Cash, Credit, Online Payment, Wallet, etc.)
Shipping Status (Pending, Completed, Failed)
Date Range (Start Date & End Date for specific periods)
Amount Range

Each order in the list includes several action buttons under the Actions column.
Available Actions:
View Order Details – Check complete order information.
Add Remark – Add notes or comments to the order.
Cancel Order – Cancel the order instantly.
Sync with ERP – Update the order in your ERP system.
Clicking the Sync icon will push order data to your ERP and display a confirmation message, such as: Order synced with ERP successfully.
