Managing Products in SwilMart Admin

How to Manage and Explore Products with Advanced Search and Filtering

Managing products becomes faster and more efficient with SwilMart’s advanced search and filtering tools. These features help you quickly find specific items, organize your product catalog, and monitor stock availability with ease. Whether you’re updating product details or reviewing inventory, advanced search and filters ensure smooth and accurate product management.

Accessing Your Product Dashboard:

  • Open the SWIL login page : mart.swilerp.com
  • Enter your registered Email and Password.

  • Click on Sign In to access the dashboard.

  • From the left-side menu, select Products.
  • This will display your complete product catalog with details like product name, SKU, category, brand, stock, and status.

  • At the top, enter product name, SKU, description, or tags in the search bar.
  • Click the search icon to view results instantly.

Applying Filters for Precision:

  • Use the Filters panel on the left side to refine results.
  • You can filter by:

    • Category

    • Brand

    • Status (Active, Archived, Draft)

    • Price Range

  • Multiple filters can be applied at once for accurate results.

Sorting and Viewing Products:

  • Use the Sort by dropdown to organize results by Relevance, Name, or Stock.
  • Switch between Table View or Card View for easier navigation.

Managing Products Efficiently:

  • Click on the three-dot menu in the Actions column to update or edit product details.

Adding New Products:

  • Use the + Add Product button (top-right) to add new items to your catalog.

Shopify Mapping:

  • Click on the "Shopify Mapping" button located in the top right corner of the Products page.
  • Access mapping options to link or manage your products with your Shopify store.

  • Use Shopify Mapping to keep product details in sync across your catalog and online shop.

  • Here, you select a product (e.g., 024565kapiltest) from the list.

  • This appears after selecting a product. It displays complete information such as price (₹100), variants (1), images (0), status (active), and options to Edit Product, Sync from ERP, Delete Product, etc.
