Using the SwilSORT App to Improve Product Management


The SwilSORT app is a powerful tool for product management that allows users to efficiently edit and manage their products. One of its key features is the ability to edit the Shelf- of products, providing users with greater control and customization options. In this article, we will guide you through the process of managing your products using the SwilSORT mobile app, showcasing how it can enhance your overall product management experience.

Open the SwilSORT Mobile app on your device to initiate the process:

  1. Enter your registered Email Address in the provided field.
  2. Enter your mobile application Password in the password field.
  3. Click on the "Login" option to proceed. Reference Image:

         
After logging in to the SwilSORT Mobile app, you will be able to Dashboard screen:
  1. View the list of transactions invoices/orders created in the 'Last 30 days.'
  2. On the Sort Order screen, you will see three rows; click on them. Reference Image:

  1. Now select the "Products" option from the available options. Reference Image:
 
  1. Next, the 'Products' screen will be displayed. Here you can view the products which you have created in your SwilERP database.
  2. From the 'Products' screen, you can easily select the specific product you want to edit. Reference Image:

  1. Now selected product details will display.
  2. As you can see here you can remove and update Shelf ID. Reference Image:

  1. After updating the Shelf ID, click on "Update Product" and a confirmation message will appear. Reference Image:
