How to view Daily Sales Report in SwilERP (RetailGraph) Software
Daily Sales Report means the product sold by the vendor/supplier of sales per day. Daily sales report gives insights into a sales supplier/vendor's day-to-day activities. A sales daily report is used to view daily sales transaction data.
These reports help the top line in decision-making and communicate the planning, policies, and other matters regarding business. The reports will also help you to manage your inventory data. From this, you're aware of every transaction created in the sales section, i.e. cash, credit, Cheque Sales, Net sales, Trade discount, etc.
In SwilERP software, there is an option to view the 'Daily Report' in the Reports section. To view the report, do follow these instructions:
Start with Login in the SwilERP dashboard to initiate the process:
- Go to the Reports menu
- Select Sales Reports > Daily Report.

How to set parameters to view the Daily Sales Report:
- Go to the Home tab.
- Select the Date Range from which you want to view sales.
- Enter the invoice number 'From to To' in the Invoice and Return options.
- Enable the option if you want to Series Wise Total.
- If required, choose the Series and User tab.
- Click on the View tab.

How to convert the report into the Chart format:
- Select the Home section.
- Click on the Chart tab.
- Inside the Chart tab, many chart options are given; select which you want to convert your report.

How to Analyze Report:
- Go to the Analysis tab.
- Click on the View option.
- You can choose fields to add to the report according to the requirements.
- Enter the name from which you want to save the report and click on the Save option.
- Select the name from the drop-down list to open the previous report and click on the 'Open' tab.
- If you want to remove the previous report, select that name from the drop-down list, then Open the Report and click on the Remove tab.
- You can Export/Import the Report.
- If required, you can set the Grid from the given option.

How to Print and Preview the Report:
- Go to the Display tab.
- Click on the Preview to view the report before printing.
- To take the printout, click on the Print tab.

How to Export the report into Excel format:
- Select the Display tab.
- Click on the 'T' point.
- Inside the 'T' point, there are given many export formats, select as per the requirement.
