Utilizing the Settings Feature in the SwilSORT Mobile Application


The SwilSORT app offers users the ability to select transaction series and choose the Sort Order Employee. It also provides options for Simultaneous Picking and Sequential Picking. This article explains how to use the settings option to customize the app according to individual preferences.

Open the SwilSORT Mobile app on your device to initiate the process:

  1. Enter your registered Email Address in the provided field.
  2. Enter your mobile application Password in the password field.
  3. Click on the Login option. Reference Image:
 
  1. Once logged in to the SwilSORT Mobile app, you can see the Last 30 days created sales invoices, orders, and challan here which you have created in your SwilERP and SwilSORT app.
  2. On the Sort Order screen, you will see three rows; click on them. Reference Image:

  1. Now select the 'Settings' option from the available options. Reference Image:

  1. Next Settings screen will open, displaying multiple SwilSORT transaction series options.
  2. You can choose and set the desired transaction series from the available options.
  3. You can also choose between Simultaneous Picking and Sequential Picking. For Simultaneous Picking, enter the Shelf ID. Reference Image:

  1. If you choose the Sequential Picking option then select the Picking Status.
  2. Additionally, you have the option to apply a Shelf ID Filter, apply accordingly.
  3. And last Click on the Save option. Reference Image:
Note: In the Sequential Picking option, orders are shown floor by floor, for example beginning with the 3rd floor, then the 2nd floor, and lastly the 1st floor. This keeps things organized and follows a specific order. In Simultaneous Picking, all the orders from different floors are displayed at once.
