Change the Status (Continue & Discontinue) of a particular Item

How to Change the Status (Continue & Discontinue) of a Particular Item in SwilERP


In SwilERP Software, the user can easily change the Item Status according to the requirement, i.e., Continue or Discontinue. Do follow the below-given process to learn the process.

Start with Login in the SwilERP dashboard to initiate the process:

  1. Go to the Masters menu
  2. Select Inventory > Product.

How to Continue/Discontinue Product Status:

  1. A new window of the Product List will appear on the next slide.
  2. The user will select the Product to modify.
  3. After selecting the product, click on the Edit option.

  1. Go to the Additional Details tab.
  2. In the 'Status' option, the user will select 'Continue & Discontinue' according to the requirement.
  3. Suppose select 'Discontinue.'

  1. To save the changes, click on the Save option.
