Consolidated Balance Sheet: A Snapshot of Financial Health

How to View Consolidated Balance Sheet in SwilERP Enterprise


A balance sheet is a financial statement that provides a snapshot of a company's financial position at a specific point in time, usually at the end of an accounting period. It shows a company's assets, liabilities, and shareholders' equity, indicating how assets are financed, whether through debt or equity.

This feature allows you to view the combined financial information for all your branches at the end of the year. To access this data, you must log in to SwilERP with your admin credentials. Once logged in, navigate to the "Consolidated Data" option.

Start with Login in SwilERP "Admin User"

  1. Go to Menu> Consolidated Data> Account Reports> Balance Sheet option.

How to View Balance Sheet Data

  1. Enter the As on Date in the column till which you want view the data.
  2. Tick mark on the Last Year Comparison option to compare last year data.
  3. Click on the View button.

Here you can view the consolidated financial statements. These statements provide detailed information about the company's assets, liabilities and stocks.

Source of Funds

  1. Current Assets: The current assets amount is displayed in the column. Double-clicking the assets column will open a new window with a breakdown of each component of your current assets.
  2. Closing Stock Value: Here, you will find a complete overview of closing stock data for all branches. You can view both consolidated data for all stock accounts and individual data for each separate account.
  3. Grand Total: Here you can see total amount of source of funds.

Application of Funds

  1. Profit & Loss Account: If you are in profit situation then the profit shows here.
  2. Current Liabilities: The current liabilities amount is displayed in the column. Double-clicking the assets column will open a new window with a breakdown of each component of your current liabilities.
