How to Set Price List for Customer in SwilERP Software

In SwilERP Software, you can easily create a price list master, allowing you to set custom prices for specific customers. Users can set products or price for regular customers by using this option. With this feature, you can select customer name, products, batch details, MRP, rates, and more. Plus, you can set date ranges for the price list to be applicable. In this article, we will guide you on efficiently setting up a price list for your customers in SwilERP Software.

Start with login in SwilERP dashboard to initiate the process

Go to the Masters> Customer/Vendor> Price List Master.
After that, a Price List Master window will appear in the next slide.

Process to Create Price List Master

Select the Customer Name in the column.
After that, select the Products Name from the drop list or you can create new product from here.
Select the Batch Number, MRP, Rate, and "From" to "To" date range.
And also you can apply filter on Products by given option.
Import option is also available for importing products list.
Click on the Save option.

Users can additionally include price list within the Customer Master option.

After Saving, the price list master is automatically applied on customer.
When you select same Customer & Product during billing, the Price List will be automatically filled.
