Simplifying ABHA Registration in SwilERP

Step-by-Step ABHA Registration Process in SwilERP


SwilERP now supports the registration of ABHA (Ayushman Bharat Health Account), a government initiative under the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM). This feature allows pharmacy retailers and healthcare providers to register patients for ABHA directly through the software.

What is ABHA?

ABHA (formerly Health ID) is a 14-digit unique health identification number provided to individuals. It enables citizens to digitally store and share their medical records securely with doctors and healthcare providers across India.

How to Register ABHA in SwilERP?

To register ABHA through SwilERP, follow the steps below:
  1. Go to the Maters menu > Customer/Vendor > ABHA Registration.

​Customer Field:
  1. If the customer is an existing one, select their name from the dropdown list.
  2. If it’s a new customer who is visiting for the first time, click on the βž• Add button to create their details before continuing with the ABHA registration.

  • Choose the customer from the dropdown list. In this example, Kajal Tyagi is selected.

  • After selecting, the system auto-fills the customer's details like alias, address, station, state, phone number, etc.

  • Carefully check if all the required information is filled correctly.

  • Once verified, click on the green Register button to proceed with ABHA registration.

  • Enter the Aadhaar Number in the given format (XXXX-XXXX-XXXX).

  • Tick all the required checkboxes to provide customer and pharmacy consent.

  • Once the Aadhaar number is filled and checkboxes are selected, click on the Register button to proceed.

OTP Verification Window (after clicking the Register button):

  • An OTP will be sent to your Aadhaar-registered mobile number.

  • Enter the OTP in the designated field.

  • If you do not receive the OTP, click on Resend OTP to generate a new one.

  • Once entered, click the OK button to proceed with the verification process.

  1. Once the OTP is successfully verified, a Registered Successfully message will appear.
  2. After that, the system will automatically generate an ABHA Address ID, as shown in the image below.

Download ABHA Card:

  1. To download the ABHA card, enter the ABHA details and click on the Download button.

After clicking the Download button, the Verify ABHA window appears.

  • Select the verification mode (Mobile No., ABHA No., or Aadhaar).

  • Enter the required number (in this case, Aadhaar is selected).

  • Click on Send OTP to proceed with verification.

  • Enter the OTP received on your Aadhaar-linked mobile number.

  • Click OK to verify.

  • Once the OTP is successfully verified, a confirmation message OTP Verified Successfully will appear.

  • After successful OTP verification, the Browse For Folder window will appear.

  • Select the folder location where you want to save the ABHA card.

  • After selecting the desired folder, click OK.

  • The ABHA card will be downloaded and saved to the selected location.

Viewing ABHA Number in Sales Invoice:

While creating a sales invoice, the ABHA number will be displayed under the address details section, as shown in the reference image.
