Swil Unify's Reporting Feature
Utilizing the Reports Feature of Swil Unify
Welcome to the Swil Unify platform where you can conveniently access shared and received transaction reports and download them as needed. This article will guide you through viewing and downloading a report step by step.
Open the Swil Unify on your system to initiate the process:
Step:1- Accessing Swil Unify:
You can access the login screen here.
Enter your registered email address in the provided field.
Input your password in the password field.
Now, click on the "Login" option.

Step 2- Navigate to Reports:
After logging in, go to the Dashboard screen:
On the Dashboard, look for and click on the "Reports feature". You will see two types of reports there.
You will see "Received" and "Sent" reports.
Pick the type of report you need.

Step:3- Viewing Reports of Received Transactions:
- View all received reports along with the following details: Report Name, Report Date, Sender, Uploaded Date, Report Type, File Type.
- The email ID appearing in the receiver column will be, where the MR report has been received.
- Apply filters based on the uploaded date as needed.
- Search for reports by Report name and Sender email.

Viewing Reports of Sent Transactions:
- View all sent reports along with the following details: Report Name, Report Date, Receiver, Uploaded Date, Report Type, File Type.
- The email ID appearing in the receiver column will be, where the MR report has been received.
- Apply filters based on the uploaded date as needed.
- Search for reports by Report name and Receiver email.
Step:4- Downloading Reports
To download a report, first select the desired report. For example, if you want to download the Sales and Stock (Summary) report, click on it.

Once you've selected a report, its details will be displayed.
Click on the Download option.
You will be prompted to choose between three options: PDF, Excel and CSV. Select the format that is required.
