How to Manage Shelf IDs in Product Master


SwilERP provides a shelf management option for its customers. It is the practice of maintaining inventory stock in an organized manner. We have a software system to manage the shelves and handle your stock. With this system, you can also add stock locations for your products.

Shelf management is the process of managing existing shelf space to stock products more efficientlyShelf stock offers various support options in Category Management, from analyzing stock data to focusing on inventory. In SwilERP, you can manage your stock by brand, salt, and category, and you can also add case lot, box size, and shelf number.

Start with Login in SwilERP dashboard to initiate the process

  1. Go to the Master data> Inventory> Product.

Process to Update Shelf Number

A product list window will appear in the next slide, where you can create a new product or edit an existing one. For example, to update the shelf number, select the product from the list and go to the Edit option.

In the Product Details Window

  • Go to the Product tab.
  • Here you'll see the option to enter the Shelf Number.
  • You can also fill the Case lot and Box size of the product.
  • Enter details in the Dialog box.

    How to Select Stock Location

    Users can also select the stock location while creating or editing the product.
    1. Go to the Additional Details tab.
    2. Here you'll see Stock Location option.
    3. Select the Stock Location from the drop-down list.
    4. After fill in details Save the window with the given option.
