How to view MIS Report Through SwilERP (RetailGraph)



What is MIS View Report? 

MIS report stands for management information system. In the simplest terms, an MIS report does describe as a system that provides essential information for the management of your company. MIS report highlights the day-to-day business activities, enabling you to monitor your business progress. 

Simultaneously, MIS view is an essential report in RetailGraph for checking or seeing management information system-related reports. It is a beneficial report for analyzing all inventory, purchases, purchase return, sales, sales return, etc. 

With RetailGraph software, users can view different types of reports. From here, we can access the MIS report on various labels. As written below:

  1. Stores
  2. Inventory[Items]
  3. Purchase
  4. Purchase Return
  5. Sales
  6. Sales Return
  7. Payroll                             

First, start with login in RetailGraph dashboard to initiate the process

  1. Go to the View Section> MIS View.
  2. From here we can access the MIS report in RetailGraph.

How to View Report in Stores Section 

Step 1:  How can we view report through stores section

When you want to view the details in the MIS reports as Scheduled wise Products, Sales Detail, Purchase Details, and Product Detail, for that follow the below given easy steps:
  1. Click on the View tab.
  2. Here in MIS View reports, we get reports according to Product Category wise Stock and other details in the following manner.

How to View Report in Inventory [Item] Section

Step 2:  How can we view report through inventory[item] section
  1. Select the Category Wise Stock Value from the Report Analysis column.
  2. If the user wants to apply the filter in the report, select the Product tab and use all required filters.
  3. Click on the View button. 

Note: Here we can generate Stock reports according to different types of requirements like Category wise, Marketing Company-wise, Highest Stock item-wise, Item Not Sold/Below Min. Level/Above Max Level.

To View the Report in Chart Format 
  1. Choose any column from the given data. 
  2. Click on the Chart tab, and select the option in which you want to view report.
Note: Kindly use the same steps for viewing a report in chart format through every section.

How to View Report in Purchase Section

Step 3: How can we view report through purchase section

  1. Select the Category Wise Purchase in the Report Analysis section.
  2. Select the Duration as in the Date Between/ This Week/ This Month/ Today.
  3. If the users want to apply the filter in the report, select the Product/ Series tab and use all required filters.
  4. Enter the Date Range 'From to To' if you choose the "Date Between" option in the Duration tab.
  5. Now, click on the View tab.
Note: Here we can generate purchase report in a different type of views like Vendor wise, Due Orders, Category wise, Date wise, Product wise, Tax code-wise, Brand wise, Marketing company wise, top payment vendors for the given date range and accordingly filtered Product and Transactions Series.

How to View Report in Purchase Return Section

Step 4: How can we view report through purchase return section

  1. Select the Category Wise Purchase Return in the Report Analysis section.
  2. Select the Duration which you want to view in the report as in the Date Between/ This Week/ This Month/ Today.
  3. If the users want to apply the filter in the report, select the Product/Series tab and use all required filters.
  4. Enter the Date Range 'From to To' if you choose the "Date Between" option in the Duration tab.
  5. Now, click on the View tab.

Note: Here we can generate purchase return report in a different type of views like Vendor wise, Category wise, Date wise, Product wise, Tax code-wise, Brand wise, Marketing company-wise for given date range and accordingly filtered Product and Transactions Series.

How to View Report in Sales Section

Step 5: How can we view report through sales section

  1. Select the Customer-wise Sales in the Report Analysis section; as per the requirement, users can select the other options also.
  2. Select the Duration to view in the report as the Date Between/ This Week/ This Month/ Today.
  3. Enter the Number of Records as how many entries you want to view in the report.
  4. If required, apply all the filters in the Product/ Series tab.
  5. If selecting the "Date Between" in the Duration tab, enter the Date Range 'From to To.' 
  6. Now, click on the View tab.

Note: Here we can generate Sales report in a different type of views like Customer wise, Product wise, Sales Person wise, Category wise, Tax code-wise, Brand wise, Date wise, Marketing company wise, User date wise, top collection customers for the given date range and accordingly filtered Product and Transactions Series.

How to View Report in Sales Return Section

Step 6: How can we view report through sales return section

  1. Go to the Sales Return section. 
  2. Select the Customer-wise Sales in the Report Analysis Tab.
  3. Select the Duration in which you want to view the report.
  4. Enter the Number Of Records; how many entries do you want to view
  5. Select and apply filters in the Product/ Series tab, if required.
  6. If selecting the "Date Between" in the Duration, enter the Date Range 'From to To.' 
  7. Click on the View tab.
Note: Here we can generate Sales return reports in a different types of views like Customer wise, Product wise, Category wise, Tax code-wise, Brand wise, Date wise, Marketing company wise, User date wise for given date range and accordingly filtered Product and Transactions Series.

How to View Report in Payroll Section

Step 7: How can we view report through payroll section

  1. Select the Employee List option in the Report Analysis tab.
  2. Click on the View tab.
Note: In MIS View we have reports for Payroll also. from here we can generate reports like Employee List, In-Service Employee, Registered Employee, Top 10 Sales Person.

How to take Print and Convert it into Excel 

If the user wants to take a printout of the report or convert it into excel, then they can do it from the process given below. 
  1. Go to the Display section.
  2. Click on the Print & Preview to take a printout of it.
  3. Click on the 'T' point and select the export format in which you want to export your report.
