How to do Product Query in Retailgraph software

In RetailGraph,there are many useful tools which are very helpful in many contexts.In this article,we will take a look at one of those which is called Product Query.This option can be found in View module in RetailGraph.

In Product query option, we can have all the details of a product on which date how many quantity of a product have been in and out with other details like Lot No.,Batch,Color and Stock Location.Here we can get stock as on and current stock of a product in selected date range simultaneously. In product query option, we have columns named “Issued(ALT+S)” and “Received(ALT+R)” as shown in below given image and If we do double click on these columns then we get respective details of Out and In transactions. So product query is a very useful tool to have transaction history of a product.In Product Query,when we select a product and click on view tab then as a result, all rows gets checked by default.

In Product Query,we can select one particular lot to get its details.For that we need to mark Lot Wise option and click on View tab to get details and then need to do double click on Check column and select required lot as shown in below image:

In Product Query,we can have location wise details of a product as well.For that we need to select required location from Location tab as shown in below given image.

In above image,we selected Non salable Location from location tab and just clicked on view tab to get details and as a result,we got details of Non salable Location only.Now if we do double click on Received tab then we will get to know transactions details as shown in below given image:

In above image as you can see mentioned product was received from two sales credit notes and to open these transactions from here,we just need to do double click on required transactions.


In Product Query,we can also get details of a product’s barcode as well and to get the same,we need to either scan that barcode in Barcode(SKU) field or manually enter required barcode after selecting product.

In above image,you can see that details of selected or scanned barcode(99900000004914) is showing only although mentioned product has other barcode.

In Product Query,we can recalculate a product’s balance as well by clicking on Recalculate Product Balance tab.
