Understanding the Analytics Dashboard in SwilMart Admin


The Analytics Dashboard in SwilMart Admin helps you track and understand your store’s performance in one place. It gives clear insights about orders, customers, products, stock, quality, and promotions.
With simple charts and summary boxes, you can quickly check what is working well and where improvement is needed.

Sign in to SwilMart Admin

  • Open the SwilMart Admin login page.

  • Enter your Email and Password.

  • Click on the Sign In button.

After successful sign-in, you will be redirected to the SwilMart Admin Dashboard.

  • From the left-side menu panel, click on Analytics.

  • The main Analytics Dashboard screen will open.

  • You will see multiple categories to explore:

    • Order

    • Customer

    • Product Performance

    • Stock Management

    • Product Quality

    • Promotions

1. Order Analytics

Click Order to open the Order Analytics Dashboard. It includes four tabs: Overview, Growth, Status, and Health.

Overview  

Get a quick summary of order performance, including:

  • Total Orders, Total Revenue, Completion Rate, Average Order Value

  • Charts for Order Status, Payment Methods, and Order Sources

  • Use the Time Period filter (e.g., Last 30 Days) to customize results.

Growth  

Analyze order trends over time with:

  • Total Growth, Average Daily Orders, Peak Order Period

  • Trend charts for Order Count, Revenue, AOV, and Completion Rate

  • You can select Time Period, choose Group By (Day/Week/Month), and click Apply Filters.

Status  

View detailed order status insights:

  • Status Breakdown (Count & Revenue)

  • Status Timeline
    This helps track pending, completed, and processing orders.

Health  

Identify orders that need attention:

  • Orders Needing Attention, Health Score, Critical & High Priority Issues

  • Issue types such as Pending, Failed Sync, Overdue, Cancellations, Returns

  • It also displays order details like Order Number, Customer, Status, Issue Type, Priority, and Recommended Action.

2. Customer Analytics

  • Click Customer under Analytics to understand customer behavior and approval status.
  • Includes tabs: Overview, Growth, Performance, Retention, Health

Key insights:

  • Total, Active, New, Inactive Customers

  • Approved, Pending, and Rejected Customers

  • Customer Segmentation (B2B/B2C)

  • Status & Approval Distribution

  • Use the Time Period filter to analyze data for a specific duration.

3. Product Performance Analytics

  • Click Product Performance to analyze product-related insights.
  • Tabs available: Overview, Performance, Sales, Health, Cart Abandonment, Wishlist, Stock Impact

Key Insights:

  • Product Summary: Total, Active, Archived, Draft, Variants, Images, New Products

  • Variant Overview: Total, Active, and Inactive Variants

  • Stock Summary: Available, Reserved, Current Stock, Locations with Stock

  • Product Features: SEO, Promotions, Images

  • Use the Time Period filter to review performance for selected dates.

4. Stock Management Analytics

  • Click Stock Management to monitor inventory health.
  • Includes: Stock Health, Stock Locations, Stock Variants

Key Insights:

  • Total Locations

  • Variants In Stock, Out of Stock, Low Stock

  • Location-wise stock summary showing Available, Reserved, In Stock, Out of Stock, Low Stock quantities

5. Product Quality Analytics

  • Click Product Quality to check product completeness and SEO performance.

  • Sections include: SEO, Completeness, Variant Completeness, Attention

Key insights:

  • Total, Complete, and Incomplete Products

  • Completeness Score

  • Missing fields like SEO Title, Description, Keywords, Product Description, Handle

  • You can filter results by Category, Brand, Status, and Completeness Range for detailed analysis.

6. Promotion Analytics

  • Click Promotions to track and analyze your store’s promotional campaigns.
  • Sections include: Overview, Coverage, Performance, Without Promotions, Health

Key Insights:

  • Total, Active, Expired & Expiring Promotions

  • Products & Variants under Promotions

  • Promotion Status & Type Distribution

  • Business Type Distribution

  • Use the Time Period filter to review campaign performance for a selected duration.
